MK member is a comprehensive customer-facing mobile application built for a major fashion retailer, serving as a unified loyalty, membership, and digital wallet platform. This project involved integrating sophisticated features across payments, location services, and personalized customer management.
Key Technical Achievements:
Digital Wallet & Payments: Implemented secure QR features to facilitate seamless membership identification, point redemption, and digital wallet transactions.
Customer Experience (UI/UX & Profile): Led the development of the entire UI/UX design for the app, creating an intuitive and visually appealing interface. Designed and implemented the comprehensive Customer Profile feature to manage user data, tiers, and personalized rewards.
Location Services: Integrated Google Maps features for shops, allowing users to easily locate the nearest retail outlets, improving the connection between the digital and physical customer journey.
Cross-Cultural Accessibility: Developed a robust language switch feature to ensure the app is fully accessible and user-friendly for a broad regional customer base.
Backend Integration: Successfully integrated Firebase Cloud Notification features to power essential customer communications, promotions, and real-time updates.
